    Vijayawada: Margadarsi Chit Fund Private Limited (MCFPL) chairman Ch Ramoji Rao and MD Sailaja Kiran on Tuesday moved the high court challenging the FIR registered by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) over allegations of forgery and illegal transfer of shares one G Yuri Reddi. Referring to the previous cases registered against the petitioners and the protection granted by the high courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, they sought for interim protection by staying all further proceedings in the FIR registered by the CID.
