Biographie
[modifier | modifier le code]Professeur à l’université Mohammed-V de Rabat et à la School of International Training (en) (Vermont, États-Unis), Lahcen Haddad est également directeur du Programme Maroc de World Learning et directeur général de Management Systems International, région Middle East and North Africa.
Titulaire d'un Ph.D. de l'université de l'Indiana à Bloomington en 1993 et d'un MBA à St. Thomas Aquinas College (en) (New York, en 1999) ainsi que d'un diplôme d'études supérieures de l'université Mohamed-V en 1984, il est membre du bureau politique du Mouvement populaire depuis 2006. Il est membre fondateur de Boujad développement durable depuis 2005.

Before joining the Government in January 2012, Dr. Haddad worked as an international expert in strategic studies, democracy, governance and development, and as a certified expert in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, diversity and entrepreneurship. His involvement in programs and studies of national and international importance endowed him with a mastery of geostrategic issues, economic development, public policy, international relations and issues of governance at local and international levels.
Haddad also taught as a university professor for over 20 years with institutions such as Indiana University, Saint Thomas Aquinas College in New York, the School of International Training in Vermont, Mohamed V University in Rabat and Al Akhawayn University in Ifra
